Financial Close Software
One workflow for the close.Reconciliations, evidence, approvals, exceptions.
Pegasus sits on top of your accounting system and connected tools, runs the repetitive close activities, and gives finance one place to see what's done, what's blocked and what needs a decision.
- No platform migration
- Your ledger stays the system of record
- Works with NetSuite, QuickBooks and Xero

Sample data. Every finding shows what was found, why it was flagged, the evidence, and what a person decides.
Close software shouldn't be another system your team has to feed.
Checklist tools track, they don't do
Someone still matches the transactions, chases the evidence and updates the status.
Reconciliation lives elsewhere
The close tool says a reconciliation is done; the work happened in a spreadsheet.
Evidence is assembled by hand
Supporting documents are exported, renamed and uploaded, every month.
Pegasus does the repetitive close work inside the workflow, and controllers approve.
How Pegasus works
- 01
Connect
Pegasus connects to the systems where the work already happens.
Pegasus connects to NetSuite, QuickBooks or Xero, your bank feeds, payroll and the tools where close evidence lives. Nothing is migrated.
- 02
Process
Rules and AI perform the repetitive workflow.
The close checklist runs itself: reconciliations, accruals, intercompany and journal tasks are started, chased and evidenced automatically.
- 03
Review
Humans see only exceptions, risks and decisions.
Controllers see what is blocked and why, approve the entries that need sign-off, and every step is logged for audit.
AI does the volume. Humans keep the judgment.

FAQ
Financial Close Software FAQs
Close management tools track tasks and store evidence; the work still happens elsewhere. Pegasus does the repetitive activities inside the workflow: it matches transactions, chases owners, collects evidence from the source systems and prepares entries for approval, on top of the accounting system you already run rather than as another platform to feed. If you keep a close management tool, Pegasus can write status and evidence back to it.
It runs the checklist. Reconciliations are matched, accruals and intercompany tasks are started from the source data, owners are chased for what only they can supply, evidence is collected from the systems that produce it, and entries are prepared for approval. Controllers see a live view of what is done, what is in progress and what is blocked, and sign off on the entries that need a person.
No. Pegasus connects to QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite and your bank and payment feeds through existing integrations. Your ledger remains the system of record. Pegasus reads transactions, proposes matches and writes back only the adjustments a person has approved.
Every match, exception and decision is logged with the reviewer, the timestamp and the source lines. Segregation of duties is enforced by CIP policy, so the person who approves an adjustment is never the process that proposed it. Auditors get a complete trail rather than a spreadsheet of tick marks.
You see every exception from your own period with the reasoning behind each one, and a plain estimate of how much of your close it would remove. If the numbers hold, the Finance Agent connects to your live systems and runs each period with your rules, usually within days.
