Access requests, deletion and erasure requests, correction requests, portability requests and opt-outs, under GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA and CPRA and comparable laws. Each type has its own steps and deadlines, and each runs through the same workflow of intake, verification, discovery, review, approval and response, so your team learns one process rather than five.
GDPR and UK GDPR, CCPA and CPRA, PIPEDA and LGPD, with jurisdiction-aware deadlines you can override. Requests are tracked against the statutory clock from the day they are verified.
Not unless you tell it to. Discovery, redaction proposals and the response pack are prepared automatically. A person reviews the flagged items, decides any exemptions, and approves the release. You can set a confidence threshold above which routine requests queue for a lighter review.
Data stays in the systems where it already lives. Pegasus reads through scoped, revocable integrations, applies redaction to the copy it prepares for release, and logs every action under CIP governance. It does not become a new store of personal data.
