We're seeking an AI Product Manager to lead the development of our next-generation automation platform. You'll work at the intersection of AI technology and enterprise business needs, defining product strategy and roadmap while collaborating with engineering, design, and customer success teams to deliver exceptional products.
Responsibilities
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI automation products
- Conduct customer research and gather feedback to inform product decisions
- Write detailed product requirements and user stories
- Prioritize features based on business impact and technical feasibility
- Work closely with engineering and design teams throughout development
- Analyze product metrics and iterate based on data insights
- Communicate product updates to internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS
- Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and their applications
- Experience with enterprise software and complex business processes
- Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Track record of successfully launching and scaling products
Nice to Have
- Technical background (engineering or computer science degree)
- Experience in workflow automation or integration platforms
- Knowledge of insurance or healthcare industry processes
- Experience with AI product development lifecycle
