The Pegasus impact

The Pegasus Insurance Agent is being built to help claims teams move routine claims faster and keep adjusters on the work that needs judgment by triaging each claim, extracting its documents and routing it across your claims and policy systems.

Claims intake requires manual data entry across multiple systems. Adjusters spend time on routing, not adjusting.

FAQ

Insurance Agent FAQs

It is in development, expected soon. Pilot-list members are contacted first, and the first pilots run on your own example before any commitment.

Guidewire, Duck Creek, Salesforce, Microsoft 365, SharePoint and other systems through the same integration layer as the live Pegasus agents. Your claims system stays the system of record. Pegasus reads, classifies and writes the routing decision back.

Adjusters and claims supervisors. Pegasus classifies and proposes a route with its reasoning; a person decides anything outside the routine lane, and thresholds are set by your claims leadership.

First access when pilots open, a walkthrough of the workflow on one of your own examples, and a say in which parts of the process it handles first. No commitment.
